Oman National Flag
The National Flag
The white depicts the conviction of the Omani people in peace and prosperity.
The red color has been adopted from the old Omani flag (which was all red) and this sybolises the battles fought by Omanis for the eviction of foreign invaders from the country.
The green color represents the fertility and greenery of the land.

The National Emblem
The official country logo was adopted during the middle of the 18th century.
It incorporates a Khanjar and two Swords, representing the old traditional weapons of the Omani people.
